After years of wonderful holidays in Spain and disappointing returns to Norway, with its bad weather and high prices, we asked ourselves:

"If we moved, how can we make it work?"

Based on our experience in cooking and hairdressing, we decided to open a restaurant. We knew how to cook and take care of the customers, although we lacked a location and a concept, we thought, "How hard could it be?"

 

In early 2018, we sold everything, moved, and after months of preparation and bureaucracy, we opened our doors in October.  With a flying start we was very optimistic, and then the pandemic came along and nearly .....  ..

but we persevered!

Now we are happy to welcome our old customers back and greet new ones. We hope you will visit us at NoR,

our little home away from home.
